A.Prof. Guochi Huang, Fujian Normal University, China

Received BEng and MEng degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, in 2009. From June 2009 to April 2010, he was a Research Assistant with ECIT at Queens University of Belfast, working on Millimeter-Wave VCOs, PLLs and amplifiers using SiGe technology. He was with RF Group of Analog Devices Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, from 2011 to 2015, developing Microwave and Millimeter-Wave IC products. He is currently with Fujian Normal University, as associate professor. His research interests includes RF/Microwave/Millimeter-Wave IC design, Analog & mixed-mode IC design, and advanced IC packaging technique.

黄果池，副教授，本科硕士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，博士毕业于（韩国）成均馆大学，英国贝尔法斯特女王大学博士后研究员，美国ADI公司爱尔兰研发部高级工程师，福建省“****”专家；近年来，主要从事CMOS/SiGe BiCMOS工艺的数模混合集成电路、射频/微波/毫米波集成电路和光通信收发机集成电路的学术研究及产品研发，如高精度超宽带频率综合器芯片、5G通信用毫米波收发器芯片、毫米波雷达收发机芯片、100Gbps光通信收发机芯片、高精度数字温湿度传感器、AiP技术等。迄今为止，累计发表学术文章30余篇，其中在国际知名期刊（SCI/EI双检索）以第一作者发表文章8篇；参与编撰英文论著一个章节。累计申请国家发明专利近10项，其中已授权4项。目前担任多个国际学术期刊和会议的审稿人（如IEEE MWCL、IET CDS、IEEE ICEPT2020等）
