Dr. Jianhui Bu, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

Jianhui Bu, researcher of Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association, Master tutor, director of Model Department of Silicon Device Center. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in 2006, and obtained a doctorate degree from the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. He has been engaged in semiconductor device model research for a long time. As the project leader, he has undertaken several projects such as the Innovation Fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Fund of the Key Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and pre-research. As a technical backbone, he participated in the 01 and 02 national major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and developed SOI device models and PDKs of multiple process nodes, which have been verified in product development. He has published more than 40 academic papers and moreover 100 national invention patents were authorized.

卜建辉，中国科学院微电子研究所研究员，中国科学院青促会会员，硕士研究生导师，硅器件中心模型部部长。2006年本科毕业于西安交通大学，2011年博士毕业于中科院微电子所，并获院优秀博士毕业生。长期从事半导体器件模型研究，作为项目负责人承担了中科院创新基金、中科院重点实验室基金及预研等若干项目。作为技术骨干参与了科技部01，02国家重大专项等项目，开发了多个工艺工艺节点的SOI器件模型及PDK，并在产品研发中得到了验证。目前已发表学术论文40余篇，申请专利100余项。
