Prof. Junjie Qi from University of Science and Technology Beijing, China

Junjie Qi is the full Professor of University of Science & Technology Beijing, China. She received her Ph.D. degree from Department of Materials Science at University of Science & Technology Beijing in 2002. From Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004, she had been with the Tsinghua University, where she was a Post-Doctoral researcher. She joined the Device Research Laboratory in Electrical Engineering Department at University of California, Los Angeles as a visiting scholar through Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014. She is the author of more than 150 publications including “Nature Communications”, “Advanced Materials”. Her current research interests include semiconductor nanomaterials, electronic and opto-electronic properties and devices of low-dimensional materials.

齐俊杰，教授，博士生导师，北京科技大学材料物理与化学系副主任。2002年毕业于北京科技大学获博士学位，2003年1月-2004年12月清华大学博士后，2013年12月-2014年12月美国加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。从2005年1月始在北京科技大学材料物理与化学系工作，

近年来在Nature Communicatios, Advanced Materials, Small等国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇，发明专利10余项，主编和参编专著3部，获教育部自然科学一等奖1项和二等奖2项，北京市科学技术奖一等奖1项。先后主持和参与国家科技部重大基础研究“973”项目、自然科学基金、国际科技合作计划项目及军品配套研制等项目10余项。
