Prof. Zhenyang Zhong, Fudan University, China

Zhenyang Zhong, professor in Physics Department of Fudan University, China. I received Ph.D. degree from Institute of Physics，Chinese Academy of Science, in 2001. From April 2001 to December 2003 and from May 2005 to December 2005, I worked in Institute for Semiconductor Physics, University Linz, Austria. From April 2004 to April 2005, I worked in Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Stuttgart, Germany, as a post-doctoral research fellow. Since 2006, I worked in Physics Department of Fudan University. My research focuses on the controlled formation of varieties of nanostructures on Si substrates, and the exploration of the unique properties and the applications of those nanostructures. I has authored or coauthored over 80 journal articles and 2 book chapters.

钟振扬，复旦大学物理系教授。2001在中科院物理所获博士学位。2001.04-2003.12和2005.05-2005.12在奥地利林茨大学半导体物理研究所做博士后；2004.05-2005.04在德国斯图加特Max Planck固态物理研究所做博士后；2006.01至今在复旦大学物理系工作。主要从事硅基纳米材料的可控制备、特性分析及其应用探索。发表SCI文章80多篇。
