Prof. Bonan Yan is currently an assistant professor at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at Peking University. He received his PhD degree from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Duke University in 2020. Hi research interests include circuits and systems for artificial intelligence chips, VLSI design for emerging memory, especially processing-in-memory technology. He has published more than 40 papers in renowned academic journals and conferences, including ISSCC, Symposium on VLSI Technology, IEDM, DAC, etc. He actively serves as a TPC member for the conferences, including DAC, AICAS, and EDTM. He is also a member of the Committee on Power Sensing and Intelligent Analysis of the China Energy Research Society.

燕博南，北京大学人工智能研究院研究员。2020年于杜克大学获得电子与计算机工程博士学位，研究领域包括：人工智能芯片的电路与系统及其设计自动化，新兴存储器与存内计算。已于国际知名期刊和会议上发表论文40余篇，其中包括发表在ISSCC、Symposium on VLSI Technology、IEDM、DAC、ICCAD等多个国际顶级会议的第一/通讯文章十余篇，担任是DAC、AICAS、EDTM等国际学术会议的TPC成员，担任中国能源研究会电子传感和智能分析专委会第一届委员。
