张子旸 教授，青岛大学

Ziyang Zhang Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Director of Institute of Infrared Semiconductor Optoelectronics, Qingdao University. D. in Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was a JST researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, Alberta Ingenuity Fellow at the University of Alberta, Canada, researcher at the National Center for Tri-five Group Semiconductors, UK, and researcher, PhD supervisor and group leader at Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been selected for the National Key Talent Project, recipient of the Key Program for Entrepreneurship of Chinese Overseas Educated Persons, a double-creative talent of Jiangsu Province, six peak talents, 333 high-level talents, and an overseas high-level leader and science and technology leader of Suzhou Park, etc. He is a guest editorial board member of Nanomaterials, a youth editorial board member of China Laser, a reviewer of Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, etc. He is also a reviewer for Nature Materials, Nature Communications and Advanced Materials. His research interests include semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices, photonic integrated devices, optical communication devices and systems, and molecular beam epitaxy growth of semiconductor materials, etc. He has published more than 100 articles in Advances in Optics and Photonics, Light: Science & Applications, Nano Letters, etc. as corresponding author. His work has been featured in Compoundsemiconductors, Laser Focus World, Semiconductor Today, etc.

张子旸 教授、博士生导师、青岛大学红外半导体光电子研究院院长。中国科学院半导体所博士，曾任日本东京工业大学JST研究员、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学Alberta Ingenuity Fellow、英国国家三五族半导体中心研究员、中国科学院苏州纳米所研究员、博士生导师、课题组长。国家重点人才工程入选者；中国留学人员创业重点项目获得者；江苏省双创人才、六大高峰人才、 333 高层次人才；苏州园区海外高层次领军、科技领军人才等荣誉称号。Nanomaterials杂志客座编委；中国激光青年编委；Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials等杂志审稿人。研究领域为半导体光电子材料与器件、光子集成器件、光通信器件及系统、半导体材料的分子束外延生长研究等；以通讯作者在Advances in Optics and Photonics，Light: Science & Applications，Nano Letters等杂志发表文章逾百篇；工作被Compoundsemiconductors、Laser Focus World、Semiconductor Today等多次专题报道。
