祁昶 副教授，武汉大学

Chang Qi is an associate professor (PhD) at the School of Electronic and Information, Wuhan University. In 2013, she worked as a visiting scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering, the New Semiconductor Device Design Laboratory and the UCLA Clean Energy Research Center. She was engaged in the modeling and simulation of new semiconductor optoelectronic devices. Her current research interests include physical modeling and optimal design of new semiconductor optoelectronic devices, preparation and characterization of intelligent sensing materials, flexible device models and optimal design research. So far, she has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation project, four provincial and municipal talent and research projects, and participated in six National Natural Science Foundation projects, two national key research and development projects, one National 863 science and technology research project, two provincial and municipal natural Science Foundation projects and a number of national defense science and technology projects and enterprise technology research and development projects as project personnel. At present, she has published more than 60 SCI and EI papers and has applied for a number of national invention patents. Her current titles include reviewer of ‘’Optics & Laser Technology’’, ‘’Journal of Lightwave Technology’’, ‘’Optical and Quantum Electronics’’, ‘’Proc. of SPIE’’, and ‘’Advances in Optics’’, member of IEEE, senior member of International Association for Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), member of Hubei Laser Communication Society, member of the fourth Integrated Circuit Committee of China Communication Society.

祁昶，武汉大学电子信息学院副教授（博士），2013年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）电气工程系，新型半导体器件设计实验室及UCLA清洁能源研究中心作访问学者，从事新型半导体光电器件的模型建立和仿真工作。目前研究方向为新型半导体光电器件物理建模与优化设计，智能感知材料的制备与性能表征,柔性器件模型和优化设计研究。至今已主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，省市级人才和攻关项目4项，作为项目人员参与了国家自然科学基金项目6项，国家重点研发计划2项，国家863科技攻关项目1项，省市级自然科学基金2项和多项国防科技项目和企业技术研发项目。目前已发表SCI、EI论文60余篇，并已申请多项国家发明专利。现担任《Optics & Laser Technology》、《Journal of Lightwave Technology》《Optical and Quantum Electronics》和《Advances in Optics》等杂志审稿人，IEEE会员、国际计算机科学与信息技术协会（IACSIT）高级会员。湖北省激光通信学会委员, 中国通信学会第四届集成电路委员会委员。
