蒋晗 博士，安徽大学

Dr. Han Jiang is a lecture in School of Integrated Circuits, Anhui University. She received her Ph.D. degree from Loughborough University in August, 2022. Her research mainly focuses on electronics packaging, including the controllable preparation of various micro-/nano-scale electronic materials/structures, the development of advanced packaging technologies and reliability analysis. She has participated in 2 NSFC and 2 Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC, UK) projects, and published more than 10 papers as the first author. She has also presented her research at a variety of international conferences on electronics manufacturing and packaging technologies, and once awarded “Young Researcher Award”.

蒋晗，博士，安徽大学集成电路学院讲师。2022年8月于英国拉夫堡大学获博士学位。研究专注于集成电路制造与封装领域，涉及多种微纳米级电子封装材料/结构的可控制备、先进封装技术研发和封装系统可靠性分析。迄今参与了2项国家自然科学基金及2项英国工程与自然科学基金（EPSRC）项目，近年来在微电子可靠性、制造加工等领域以第一作者撰写并发表学术论文 10 余篇，多次参加电子制造及封装技术领域知名国际会议进行学术交流并做口头报告，并曾获评优秀青年研究员奖。
