黎松林 副教授，南京大学

Dr. Songlin Li is an Associate Professor of Electronic Engineering at Nanjing University. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Chongqing University in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and his doctor's degree from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009. From 2009 to 2016, he worked in the National Institute of Materials Science in Japan and University of Strasbourg in France, respectively. He is devoted to understanding device physics in two-dimensional field-effect transistors for more-Moore electronics, and to exploring intriguing physical phenomena in condensed matters. His research interests include nanoelectronics, semiconductor device physics, synthesis of 2D materials, quantum transport etc. He published over 90 papers in high-level journals, such as Nat. Commun., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Adv. Mater. with over 4800 SCI citations and an H index of 31.

黎松林，副教授、博导、2016年入选国家级青年人才计划。2003和2006年在重庆大学分别获本科和硕士学位，2009年获中科院物理研究所博士学位，2009-2016年分别在日本国家材料科学研究所和法国斯特拉斯堡大学从事科研工作。致力于发展深度摩尔时代的微纳电子学以及探索凝聚态物质的新奇物理现象，主要围绕微纳电子器件、半导体器件物理、二维电子材料合成、量子输运等方面开展工作。在Nat. Commun.，Nano Lett.，ACS Nano，Adv. Mater.等高水平期刊发表论文90余篇，SCI引用4800余次，H因子31。
