宋琦 副教授,聊城大学

He gets the PhD in optical engineering from Tianjin University in 2020, and left Shenzhen University in 2022 as a postdoctoral fellow. In the same year, he joined Liaocheng University as an associate professor in the School of Physical Science and Information Engineering, a visiting researcher in the Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Devices and Systems (Ministry of Education/Guangdong Province) of Shenzhen University and a visiting scholar in the School of Integrated Circuits of Shenzhen University of Technology. He has published more than 30 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author, and presided over two projects (NSFC, Ministry of Education Key Laboratory Open Fund). 

His main research areas are: miniaturization design of various types of terahertz time-domain spectrum system modules (strong field, optical rectification, photoconductive antenna, near field), terahertz-optical pumping detection system; design and experiment of various ultrafast laser-based terahertz sources, and application to terahertz (6G) communication; design and preparation of various types of thin-film terahertz functional devices, and explore the application to terahertz radar technology; integrated terahertz functional devices, terahertz detection CCD and chip design and fabrication and testing.

2020年毕业于天津大学光学工程专业,2022年于深圳大学博士后出站,同年入职聊城大学物理科学与信息工程学院副教授、深圳大学光电子器件与系统(教育部/广东省)重点实验室客座研究员及深圳技术大学集成电路学院访问学者。第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇,主持项目两项(国家基金、教育部重点实验室开放基金)。主要研究以下领域1.各类(强场、光整流、光电导天线、近场)太赫兹时域频谱系统模块的小型化设计, 太赫兹-光泵浦探测系统;各类基于超快激光的太赫兹源的设计及实验,并应用于太赫兹(6G)通信方面的研究;2.设计及制备各类薄膜太赫兹功能器件,并探索应用于太赫兹雷达技术;3.片上太赫兹时域频谱探测系统,并应用于无损检测,成像方面的研究;4.集成太赫兹功能器件,太赫兹探测CCD及芯片的设计制作及测试。
