温鹏雁 副教授，同济大学

Pengyan Wen is an associate professor from department of electronic science and technology (School of Microelectronics) in Tongji University, Shanghai. She received the PhD degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in microelectronics and solid-state electronics. From 2016 to 2019, she worked in department of Nano Devices and Materials Division in Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics, Chinese Academy of Science. During 2020 to 2023, she worked in IBM Research Europe – Zurich as a Marie-Curie Research Fellow. Her research interests are optoelectronic devices including GaN-based lasers, Si-based GaAs/InP lasers and photodetectors and their integration technology. She has published more than 40 papers in high impact journals such as Nature Communications, ACS Photonics etc. She is principle investigator of several grants from EU and National Natural Science Foundation of China. She serves as program committee of IEDM and NUSOD.

温鹏雁，同济大学电子与信息工程学院，副教授。2016年获得中国科学院大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。 2016-2019年于中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所任博士后、助理研究员、副研究员。2020-2023年于瑞士IBM苏黎世研发中心任欧盟玛丽居里学者研究员。长期从事III-V光电子器件与高效集成方面的研究工作，在Nature Communications, ACS Photonics 等期刊发表论文逾40篇。主持欧盟玛丽居里人才计划、国家自然科学青年基金等项目，担任国际会议 IEDM、NUSOD程序委员。
