Bio :Professor Yao is an IEEE Senior Member, a Senior Member of the China Electronics Society, and a Senior Member of the China Communications Society. He currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University. In recent years, he has been engaged in fundamental research on physical layer security, spectrum sharing, large-scale antenna arrays, high-speed broadband data link technology, and AI+wireless communication, while actively conducting research on the engineering implementation of key wireless communication technologies. Over the past five years, he has led four national-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) General Projects and Youth Fund Projects, He has also led six provincial-level projects, including the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Aviation Science Fund, the Aerospace Science Fund, the Aerospace Support Fund, the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Plan Basic Research (Free Exploration) Project, and the Overseas Talent Science and Technology Activity Project (Excellent Category). Additionally, he has led eight horizontal projects, including the Fifth Academy CAST Innovation Fund, the Aerospace First Academy University Joint Innovation Fund Key Project, and the Next-Generation Satellite Mobile Communications Major Special Project Horizontal Project. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published 38 academic papers, including 17 papers indexed by SCI (1 in Zone 1, 5 in Zone 2) and 16 papers indexed by EI. He has published one monograph and co-authored one graduate textbook; applied for 20 patents, with 7 granted; and obtained 7 software copyrights.
Prof. Guohe Zhang, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China

Bio: Dr., Professor at the School of Microelectronics, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Doctoral Supervisor. In 2008, he obtained a Doctor of Engineering degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University. In February 2009, he remained at the university to work, and in October of the same year, he joined the Department of Nuclear Science and Technology at Xi'an Jiaotong University to conduct postdoctoral research. He completed his postdoctoral research in October 2011. In 2013, he participated in a short-term exchange program at the University of Liverpool in the UK, and from 2017 to 2018, he visited Duke University in the United States. He has published over 90 papers in internationally influential academic journals and conferences, including Science in China, Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Journal of Semiconductors, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEEE JMEMS, IEEE TCASII, IEEE TVLSI, and IEEE TNS. He has applied for over 50 national invention patents, obtained over 20 authorized invention patents, and co-authored one graduate innovation textbook. His primary research areas include semiconductor device physics and modeling, mixed-signal integrated circuit design, device radiation effects, and radiation-hardened integrated circuit design.
Prof. Dingwen Zhang, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China

Bio: Professor Zhang serves as Leading Guest Editor for the prestigious international journals IEEE Transactions on Multimedia and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology; as a member of the organizing committee for ACM MM 2020, ACM MM 2021, and the ICCV 2021 Workshop; and has served as a chair or (senior) program committee member for over 10 CCF Class A international conferences such as AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ICCV, NIPS, ICML, WACV, etc., as a program chair or (senior) program committee member; he was invited to deliver a two-hour tutorial on weakly supervised learning at the VALSE 2019 conference (with 4,600 attendees); served as a speaker at the 2021 China MM Special Forum; served as a member of the Workshop Organizing Committee for the VALSE 2021 conference; and served as the host AC for the 2021 VALSE Webinar. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, a member of the Visual Big Data Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, and a member of the Sixth VALSE Executive Field Chair Committee. He has also served as a member of the thesis review committee for master's and doctoral theses at Peking University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and other universities. Long-term reviewer for over 20 renowned journals in the field, including IEEE TPAMI, SPM, TIP, ACM Computing Surveys, IJCV, and Science in China: Information Sciences.
Prof. Rui Ma, Xidian University, China

Bio :Professor Ma is a doctoral supervisor and a national-level young talent. His primary research areas include mixed-signal integrated circuit design (silicon-based sensor-computing integrated optoelectronic sensor architecture and integration, single-photon avalanche detectors (SPADs), time-to-digital converters (TDCs), and optical communication chips, among others). He has successively led national-level projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Project (2021), National Key Research and Development Program Project (2024), Zhejiang Province “Pioneer” Science and Technology Program Project (2025), Shaanxi Province Outstanding Young Scientist Fund Project (2023), and National Natural Science Foundation of China Young Scientist Project (2018). He has also participated in and completed national-level key projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Project and the Ministry of Science and Technology Key Research and Development Program. He has received one first-class award from the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award. He has published over 30 papers in internationally renowned conferences and journals such as IEEE CICC, IEEE JSSC, IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE TI&M, IEEE EDL, IEEE Sensors J., and IEEE TED. He serves as a reviewer for journals including IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE TI&M, IEEE TVLSI, and IEEE TCAS-II, and has been granted over 20 national invention patents. In recent years, he has conducted extensive research in the field of intelligent optoelectronic sensor integrated circuits. As the project leader, he won the National Gold Award and Best Creativity Award at the 3rd China “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2017) and the Gold Award at the Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Workers Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2019). He guided graduate students to win one first prize and one second prize at the “China Graduate Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,” and was awarded the title of “Outstanding Mentor” at the 2018 Graduate Student Innovation and Practice Series Competition.
