2025 4th International Symposium on Semiconductor and Electronic Technology (ISSET 2025) was successfully held in Xi'an!
From July 24 to 26, 2025, the 2025 4th International Symposium on Semiconductor and Electronic Technology (ISSET 2025), co-hosted by Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications and the Electronics Institute of Shaanxi Province, was successfully held at Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications (Chang'an Campus West Area)! The conference adopted a hybrid offline and online format, with over 200 experts and scholars participating on-site and over 100 scholars delivering oral presentations, collectively exploring advancements in cutting-edge technology. This prestigious event was co-hosted by Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications and the Electronics Institute of Shaanxi Province, organized by the School of Electronic Engineering and the School of Integrated Circuit Engineering at Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, and received strong support from the School of Integrated Circuit Engineering at Anhui University and the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Xi'an University of Technology.

The opening ceremony of the conference officially began at 9 a.m. on July 25, hosted by Professor Deng Junyong of Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications. Parallel sessions
Following the keynote speeches, five parallel sessions were moderated by Associate Prof. Lichen Feng from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Assoc. Prof. Qingyan Han, Assoc. Prof. Ruixia Miao, Prof. Xiangtai Liu, and Prof. Xiuxia Cai from Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications. A total of 104 scholars from institutions including Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Xiangtan University, Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, Xi'an University of Engineering, Zhongke Yihaiwei, China Telecom Research Institute, and other institutions. The scholars delivered oral presentations, conducted academic reports, and engaged in discussions and exchanges around the conference theme. The on-site sharing and exchange atmosphere was lively, promoting academic exchanges in related fields.
The conference featured special academic awards. After evaluation by the organizing committee experts, the following awards were ultimately selected: Best Paper Award (3 recipients), Best Oral Presentation Award (6 recipients), Best Poster Presentation Award (2 recipients), and Outstanding Paper Nomination Award (8 recipients).
